You can get that shirt at El Kartel on Robson Street in Vancouver. They have an online store if you do not live in Vancouver, but often not in stock, so if I now quickly (to buy even if it is expensive, as all designs are original and are available here). The sizes are similar to American Apparel for the size of the young girl. The design is "Dark Red" and no longer in any color, but a gradient from green to. I do not think Kartel are intended to be printed in primary colors. Sara has been with the T-shirt a few performances in their last European tour.
